What I need from you
Need a handyman or builder in West Auckland or surrounds? You’ve come to the right place!
Time is precious and as I’m currently a one-man band I ask all enquiries to come through the following process to
save everyone’s time…
1. Complete the enquiry form
2. I’ll email you to confirm whether this is a job I can help with. If it is, you’ll be sent a link to book an in-person site visit at a time that suits you. Note: Sometimes the job may be obvious enough to provide an immediate estimate and timeframe.
3. During the site visit, I’ll gauge the job scope, budget, and timeframe expectations.
4. After the site visit, I generally return the estimate to you within 7 days. Note: during busy periods or for less urgent jobs it could be up to 14 days.
5. Once the estimate is excepted, we’ll work together to arrange the deposit payment and job schedule.

I provide handyman, building, maintenance, and repair services backed by qualifications and on-the-job experience since 2018.
In 2022, I set out on my own because I could see a gap in the market for small to medium sized projects. People needed help around their homes and businesses, and larger building companies do not have the time to fit them in between jobs.
This is how Kahu Building & Maintenance was started, and I am now working with all sorts of clients and other trades across Auckland. From small, odd jobs to small to medium sized home renovation projects.
